By accessing or using PropertyFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.

PropertyFlow is a building management platform designed to streamline resident onboarding, maintenance tracking, and communication between residents and management.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for the Service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PropertyFlow and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall PropertyFlow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
